Third Graders Reflect on a Year of “Thoughtful Thursdays”

Last Thursday, Ms. Wright’s third-grade class at CBS celebrated their final Thoughtful Thursday of the 2023-24 school year. The students reflected on the year's activities by watching a slideshow of photos taken during their various service projects and engaging in a group discussion. Some of their Thoughtful Thursday activities this past year included making cards for first responders and collecting money for the Ronald McDonald House.

Additionally, the students brainstormed ideas for next year’s Thoughtful Thursday events.

Thoughtful Thursday is a monthly initiative that encourages students to give back to their community through various acts of kindness.

Everyone is excited to continue Thoughtful Thursday next school year.
