On March 20th, students and families at CBS gathered for a night filled with excitement, discovery and hands- on learning experiences. From making ice cream, to creating salt paintings and exploring the wonders of the night sky, the event was a celebration of science, technology, engineering, mathematics and creativity in a memorable way.
One of the many highlights of the evening was the Star Lab experience. Inside the inflatable dome, families and students were transported into the night sky. This experience was not only inspiring but sparked a sense of wonder and curiosity about the earth.
Families also enjoyed Bee Bot challenges where students programmed the robots to navigate to a point on the course. It serves as an introduction to basic coding and concepts as well as encourages problem solving and team work.
Through all of the activities, it was a celebration of learning! By igniting curiosity and passion for STEM , we hope to empower our students to become lifelong learners and problem solvers!
